Beware of pale imitations! The ONLY official after-party for the massive Hard Dance Awards 2006 at the Brixton Academy on Saturday February 24th is at Jamm. From 6am till late we’ve got a stellar line-up with the next generation of superstar DJs to take you through into Sunday
morning and beyond!
With a sound system that defies belief, Jamm is an amazing venue and absolutely perfect for throwing the mother of all bashes. Wild, debauched and for the truly hardcore, it’s two room of the most uncompromising hard dance you could get your hands on outside of the HDAs themselves!
Host with the most, the Awards’ official compere and head honcho of www.trackitdown.net, Ed Real will be joined by Goodgreef’s Alex Kidd, Cally Gage from Frantic, Daley & Garbo from Midlands’ superclub Storm, Lucy Fur from Northampton clubbing phenomenon Cyberkitten and Jason Blayde & Ben Skinner from Summit. Brand new tidy girl Kym Ayres
(Slinky) throws her record box into the mix along with Ireland’s Karl Davis, EZ Duzzit’s Dr Duzzit, Nick Rafferty from Birmingham’s legendary Sundissential, Simon Eve (Recharge) and Sweet Kelly (trackitdown.net).
This is the part of the night when you’ll get to see promoters and DJs let their hair down. Coming together from all areas of the music industry, they’ve put an amazing amount of work in to this massive hard dance spectacular for you. Once the doors of the Brixton Academy shut at 6am on Sunday morning, these guys will be raging it up in style, so if you
think you’ve got what it takes to match them, make sure you’re at Jamm!
Tickets will be on sale in the foyer of the Brixton Academy on the night only. Priced at only £10, there are limited numbers available on a first come first served basis. To get to Jamm turn left out of the Academy doors, then left onto Brixton Road and walk five minutes down the road. The venue does have a car park available for those on the ball to get there early enough!
