What do you get when two of dance’s biggest names come together, at a venue renowned for churning out some of the most respected events in the country? The answer lies ahead, so read closely.
From 16th April, there’ll be something very different to do on a Friday. Tidy and polysexual are about to give birth to a ‘nu’ kind of clubbing experience - Nouveau. This new monthly is all about showcasing nu talent, those djs and artists who are currently bubbling under, those desperate to cut their teeth with two of the biggest signatures in UK dance.
In the main room we’ll bring you the sounds we’re famous for, but as well as that you’re likely to hear trance, electro, tribal, breaks – you name it, we’ll be playing it. Of course, from time to time we’ll be throwing in the odd headliner or two, but the core essence of this new night is to expose the nu breed talent that’s out there………and take our word for it…..it’s there in abundance.
Polysecual and Tidy are set to introduce Nouveau with an almighty bang presenting one of the finest FREE parties ever to hit the midlands!! Launching this affair is a line-up you shouldn’t find too unfamiliar. The once Mixmag future hero SARAH G makes a return to the main stage alongside JASON CORTEZ, JP & JUKESY, SHAUN M and from Holland two Djs we are tipping for great things, our headliners - STIMULATOR.
Those DJS who we feel, are the next generation of stars, will have the opportunity to play in a venue that has hosted THE biggest names in dance. The vast space of Air in Birmingham is our chosen home, famous for everything huge, and residence to the massive and globally acclaimed polysexual.
