Knowwhere In August
The next Knowwhere takes place on Friday 19th of August, so put the date in your diaries. As many of you will already know, this will be our final party at The Fridge, so we’ve brought you an awesome line-up to say a big Knowwhere farewell before moving north of the river in October.
Headlining for us on the night we welcome back Scott Bond, undoubtedly one of the UKs most prominent and respected Trance DJs.
We are also pleased to be welcoming back the legendary Graham Gold to Knowwhere! We’re looking forward to another awesome set from Graham, one of our consistently most requested DJs.
Resident Matt Darey will be appearing once again this month, and there is a special treat for Matt’s fans, as this will be the official UK launch of his latest CD “Upfront Trance”. The 2 CD album contains 24 of the biggest tracks featured in his sets from the last 6 months and all of the biggest anthems from Matt’s Knowwhere sets. This album is purely reflective of Matt’s DJ sets, a big departure from the now mainstream sound of Euphoria Albums. Matt has been touring the globe with this album and this is the official UK launch.
Opening set for the night goes to a new-comer to Knowwhere and the London scene, Andy Mawson. We’re all hugely excited about getting Andy in front of a Knowwhere crowd and demonstrating his talents to a new audience.
Final set of the night in the main room, and indeed final set at The Fridge, of course has to go to Knowwhere founding father Pablo. Following the tradition we’ve set over the years when we’ve changed venues, Pablo will also be playing the opening set at our new home Heaven in October.
In the Funky room this month, residents Funk-A-Tronic will be supported by Alan Burton from Inspired Records, and Chris McGrath, so plenty of dirty funky sounds for fans of Funk out there.
So make sure you put the date for August in your Diary and…
