Massive thanks to all who attended the last party on Valentines Day. There was bound to be some hearts broken as people stayed on from Puzzle to party on at reFre5h. I must say that was a fantastic morning and the refre5h crew thoroughly enjoyed banging out the choons for the last few hours. Massive thanks to Dave Mac for coming down and playing an awesome set. That won’t be forgotten in a while! The refre5h intro was pure genius! Hats off buddy!
March sees the return of one of 414's beloved. Gordon Darley, meister of all things Tech, Hard and everything in between returns to grace the decks playing a special one off back to back with our very own resident Nicky Hype. Former Puzzle Project resident, IDJ Hard Dance reviewer and newly crowned resident at Diablo Traxx events, Gordon aims to fuse his trademark driving Tech with Nicky’s pounding Hard Dance! This is a set not to be missed! Expect filthy beats, euphoric breakdowns and driving rolling bass lines! Can’t wait!
Next up we welcome Crystal-J. Making his reFre5h debut, J is sure to keep the crowd rocking with his energy filled style of chunky, funky sounds that will get your ass wiggling right through to the faster paced sounds of full on filth. Having previously played sets at our beloved 414, The Factory and the Fridge, Crystal-J promises to rock Coldharbour Lane with his fast and furious style.
Last but not least, 414 regular Sach comes to tear the place apart for the last stomp of the morning. A well known face in the Brixton scene and loyal supporter of many a party here at the 414, Sach also makes his refre5h debut. His demo CD impressed us so much that we just had to give him a set! Nice to see the regulars get in the booth and bang out their favorite tunes at their favorite club. Sach has played at quite a few events of late, at clubs such as 414, Medusa and Hidden and his full on style of groovy Hard House is sure to send you on your merry way for the rest of the weekend.
All this plus reFre5h resident Kevsta bringing you the best in underground Hard Dance is enough to leave you stomping your way through the weekend.reFre5h your Saturday morning!
