Well here’s a surprise! We’re in the same venue for the 2nd month in a row! Yes that’s right folks, Thirsty Thursdays is back at Thirst and have we got a superstar psy trance line up for you this month as TT goes Psychedelic!!
Antiworld have been rocking massive venues with some of the biggest psy trance names in the world and on Sunday the 4th of May they’ll be taking over Brixton Academy for another instalment of Psychedelic Academy. Featuring the cream of psy, from Astrix to John 00 Fleming, to help celebrate we’ve invited their resident, Kristian along to whet your appetite and show you why they do it so well. And if you haven’t yet got your ticket for this event grab it with both hands at TT, just let us know before how many you need!
The Synergy Project is all about conscious partying, enjoying yourself while thinking of others. Using links ups with NGO’s, Charities and other interested parties and pairing it up with amazing music quite literally from around the world, Giani, has created a diverse forward thinking party for people of all walks of life and that’s all without even mentioning IDSpiral (catch their arena again at this years Glade). Get there early to see him busting out some psychedelic breaks, perfect for a warm up!
Word came to us that Zeus from Roots was on the case, a DJ with great skills and sublime musical taste. Of course we’d expect nothing less from the Point Zero Records co-owner. With a background in techno and metal, now fuelling his psy sound, you can expect something a little different but still full on!
London favourite Ped, has been developing his sound for some time now. Adept in the many sounds of dance music, he’s been using platforms like his parties Ascendance and Sunrise to push his new found direction in psy trance and we’re pleased to be bringing him back to the TT decks to entertain you too.
Finally Miles Gorfy will be trying his hand to the sounds of psy trance. Always up for the challenge, as you read this we’ve locked him away to practise till his ears fall off! Will he hear any better though? You’ll have to come and see for yourself.
There’s no Adam Symbiosis this month, he’ll be too busy getting drunk in Scotland as we understand it (no change there) but he’ll be back for the next party.
