On top of that, said low paid immigrants can claim benefits to their delight! The trick is not to pump the economy with low paid immigrants, but to inject immigrants based on skills etc, therefore, high paid immigrant workers are a must; ergo vetting all immigrants has to happen so the Taxman can take more money.
